Songfetti is a product of Daemon Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using Songfetti, you agree to these terms.

What Songfetti does

Songfetti creates personalized songs as gifts. You have a short phone call describing someone you care about, and we generate a custom song delivered as a shareable link.

Free and paid tiers

• Free: A 30-second clip of your song with a small watermark. Always free.
• Full Song ($4.99): The complete song with a lyric video and a small watermark.
• Premium ($9.99): Full AI music video, no watermark. (Coming soon)

Prices may change. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during the call
• Do not use the service for harmful, abusive, or illegal purposes
• Do not impersonate others or create songs intended to harass

Content ownership

You own the personal details you share. Songfetti retains rights to the generated song and video for the purpose of hosting and sharing. You may share your song link freely.

Messaging consent

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive one automated phone call and one SMS message from Songfetti. Standard rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Limitation of liability

Songfetti is provided as-is. We do our best to deliver great songs, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
