We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Phone number — to call you and send your song link via SMS
• Name and occasion — to personalize the song
• Call recording — the conversation where you describe the recipient, used only to create the song
• Your name (optional) — displayed on the share page as the gift sender

How we use it

• Create your personalized song and share page
• Send you the link to your song via SMS
• Improve our service quality

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing messages unless you opt in.

Third-party services

We use Twilio (phone calls and SMS), Google Cloud (AI processing), ElevenLabs (music generation), and Cloudflare (hosting). These services process data according to their own privacy policies.

Messaging consent

By providing your phone number and clicking "Call me," you consent to receive an automated phone call from Songfetti and one SMS message containing a link to your song. Standard message and data rates apply. You can opt out of future messages by replying STOP.

Data retention

Songs and share pages remain available until you request deletion. Call recordings are processed and then deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@songfetti.com. Include the phone number or share link associated with your order.
